As the firm grows and we work toward our I&D goals, the grassroots work of our people led to development of a governance framework to hold us accountable for consistent progress.
In 2022, we instituted the framework for our I&D activities to help pressure-test our efforts and pivot when necessary. In 2023, we began to leverage this framework to refine our processes and enhance existing resources with better-defined roles and responsibilities that center I&D action into everything we do.
